Gig review 24th of Jan, the Ranelagh, Brighton.

Despite been a rainy and windy night, in other words a typical January one, the band had brought along some new and loyal followers and had a good night. The first set was good, but the second really showed the band on fire and it was great start to the new year. We should be back at the Ranelagh later on in the year, but thank you to the staff and customers for listening and making us feel welcome. Next week we are at the Star in Roffey, Horsham, kick off at about 9.00!

Two gigs for January.

We have two gigs this month; the first is in Brighton at the Ranelagh on the 24th. The address is 2/3 The High Street, BN2 1RP and is a blues club, so a high quality venue to see us in. Second gig is on the 31st of Jan at our old stamping ground, the Star at Roffey. Both free entry, so see you there,more later.

14th of December.

Done the last gig for this year, next gig Jan the 31st. The last couple of gigs varied widely in quality, there was some good playing, but the Potters at Burgess Hill was not good! The last gig at the John Harvey in Lewes was good, glad because my wife was there, so did end on a good note. I won't pretend that we are great all the time, we are not programmed, but if it is wrong, you fix it! We want to be out a lot more next year, so watch this space......

Late November 2013.

Sorry for the huge gap folks, all been busy! Will post some gigs report, the last recording is not quite as we want, so sorry no new material for sound cloud, but we are rehearsing with new numbers appearing........

Malt Shovel gig review.

A very friendly pub in the centre of Horsham and once we started we had a listening audience. The band does get better and better, dare I say it, but there is no room for complacency and we need more numbers as we played a long second set that tested our song list!. Andy guitar did have gear problems and an 18th birthday group bayed for requests, but I hope we entertained the crowd that night.

Gig report, Tanners Arms.

Despite a small, select audience, the boys did good. Both sets were tight and it was very good to hear Andy's original songs receive mucho praise. Even the landlady commented on the high quality of the band, so ..cool!
